About Jacky

I know exactly what it feels like when the season launch is looming and the to‑do list is growing.

I’ve been on the in-house side, in the thick of it, working in venue marketing for most of my career. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day when major campaigns hit.

I’m the person who has moved websites over after 10 PM to avoid customer disruption, and proofed season brochures at home on a Sunday just for a bit of quiet time to properly focus and get it right. That’s the kind of practical, get-it-done energy I bring to your team.

Why I Founded Number Four Marketing

I set up Number Four Marketing because I kept seeing the same problem: there should be an easier way for busy teams to bring in senior, experienced help without agency overheads, pitch meetings, or weeks of explaining how the arts sector works.

I wanted to get back to the “doing”, supporting teams through intense crunch points with a calm head and steady hands.

Since launching, I’ve supported brilliant organisations including Birmingham Royal Ballet and Warwick Arts Centre with high-stakes campaign delivery, stepping in to keep momentum up, keep the detail tight, and take the pressure off.

A True Extension of Your Team

I am not an agency. It’s just me, and that’s the point. You’ll always know exactly who you’re working with, and I take real ownership of the work from day one.

Whether you need a fresh pair of eyes on your groups strategy or someone to manage a complex 64‑page brochure from first draft to the customer's letterbox, I’m here to make sure it gets done properly (and brilliantly).

And if I can take a high-stakes project off your plate and give your team some much-needed breathing room, let's arrange a 15-minute chat. Open Calendly
