Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

Welcome to Number Four Marketing (www.numberfourmarketing.co.uk).

I believe in keeping things completely transparent and friction-free—not just in your marketing audits, but with your data too. Because I do not look at your customers' data or require backend system access, my data collection is stripped right back to the absolute bare minimum needed to do business with you.

Here is exactly how your data is handled.

1. The Data I Collect

When you fill out the booking form for a No.4 Arts Marketing Audit, I collect:

2. Why I Need It & How It’s Used

I use this information strictly under the lawful basis of Contractual Necessity and Legitimate Interests to:

I will never use your email to spam you, and I will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How Your Data is Stored

Your intake information is processed securely via Google Workspace (Google Forms) and stored safely. Because I am committed to a zero-data-bloat approach, I only keep your contact details for as long as necessary to complete your audit and fulfill my UK tax and accounting obligations.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Number Four Marketing does not store your card details. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details of how payment data is handled.

4. No Third-Party Customer Data

As part of the No.4 Arts Marketing Audit framework, I act strictly as a "secret shopper." I do not request, accept, or process any personal data belonging to your venue's customers, subscribers, or visitors.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, or to ask me to delete it.

If you have any questions about this policy or want your details removed after your audit is delivered, you can contact me directly via the website.
