I believe in keeping things completely transparent and friction-free—not just in your marketing audits, but with your data too. Because I do not look at your customers' data or require backend system access, my data collection is kept to the minimum necessary to provide my services.

When you book a No.4 Arts Marketing Audit, I may collect:

• Your name

• Your work email address

• Your organisation or venue name

• Campaign details, links, and information you choose to provide

I process this information under the lawful bases of Contractual Necessity and Legitimate Interests in order to:

• Communicate with you about your booking

• Deliver your completed audit report

• Issue invoices and maintain business records

I will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information submitted through my booking process is securely processed and stored using Google Workspace services, including Google Forms.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Number Four Marketing does not store or have access to your payment card details. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information about how payment data is processed.

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver my services and comply with UK legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

As part of the No.4 Arts Marketing Audit framework, I act strictly as an independent reviewer.

I do not request, access, process, or store personal data belonging to your customers, subscribers, donors, visitors, or audience members.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
